Belief

I have to find something to believe in.
I've felt it before belief in something righteous and good and right.
But I said that. Something right the belief is whats right,
Because you wouldnt believe in wrong.
Would you?
Would you sing it like the song that plays on the lips of days
We used to spend wingingsingingsailing through the moments that were sewn together like pearls, girls, worlds apart and right next to each other.
Because I believe that holding your hand will get me there
To that place where the bears take hold of your lair-
And I rhyme becauseI care.
And its lame, but its the same, and youre game. And you know it.
Youre through it, over it, under it, and on it.
On me.
You see?
But you dont and you wont and I ramble again.
With the brain that moves faster than words and a vocabulary filled with lightning bugs that dont streak the sky - like the lightning of your wit.
