Much more so
than the shell of a dove's
heart's crack so easy.
So, ever so gently,
let us begin,
with kid gloves
and soft pillows
our hearts we shade
as we slowly
come together
time not so important
ease our path with a kiss
one to feel more comfortable
with each other close
begin we now
a time of forgiven testing
a time just to find
if truly we are
in love as we say
