when you are not with him he daydreams he concentrates on an image of you he has painted in his mind he hears your voice and the last words you said to him before parting he feels your last touch your last kiss he surrounds himself with your air and breaths you and the desire to write it all down to cherish that memory to make it lasting art overwhelms him and he does and he daydreams he imagines you reading his words touched by his words and somehow knowing though he has so little to offer he gives it all to you he opens his heart to you and he daydreams he sees his words in a book that everyone wants to read not because he desires greatness not because he desires fame but because he longs to tell the entire world that he loves you |
