You are there when I need to snuggle Catch all the tears that I cry Try to warm me when I am cold Always happy to hear my life stories Let me hug you when I am happy And listen to me whine when I am not So thoughtful when I read my poems You offer nothing but support Never pull back from my touch I can hold you throughout the night You never shout, yell or billow I just wish you were more then my pillow |
