To clear my head I ran from you, Had no choice but to evade, I wished for the impossible, Desired time to not fade. I remebered every kiss and touch, As my heart would bleeds and ache, The I'd close my eyes and run away, Before my heart could break. For I beheld your present, But could not touch your past, And gave away your future, When i ran away so fast. And when i tried to divise, Thoughts were left in dissaray, Regret trailed my actions, Because I always ran away. Yet how could i stay with you, When you mislead love's every part, I could never settle there, For I am a runner at heart. |
