An icy night of stars Lying on soft grass. . . And I am home again With you next to me Our arms intertwined My heart against yours The earth below us, The sky above us, The universe surrounds us. Cold rain on glass I look out into dark. . . And I am walking with you Hand in hand Soaking in rain Damp hair pressed against my cheek Clothes heavy with moisture Laughter in air. Lying in an empty bed Staring up at white. . . But now the dark room is glowing red And we are together Your warmth inside me, Surrounding me, Loving me, Lips touching me, Caressing me. . . .
