Left in a state of confusion,
New feelings emerging...
And old ones reappearing around every corner,
Accosting me,
Filling me,
Confronting me,

Is it me??
Who else could it be?
But I won't jump to conclusions,
Lord knows I've done that before!!
Ended up deflated every time.

I live by my heart,
Always have.
Always will...
But my heart can be easily broken.

I can't let go of myself this time
Until I am positive,
Until I know for sure.
