~ ~ ~ ~ Love, like a net is there when I fall to catch me and save me when I've lost it all It's there all the time it never will fail me in sickness and health no matter what ails me It's forgivness for each mistake that I make for every false move and wrong path that I take It's the tear in my eye that releases my pain diluting the poison and cleansing like rain If I should do wrong and you walk away then I know it's not love for I know you would stay For love is much stronger than the pain of my blunders more resilient and lasting than the world's natural wonders For "give" is the word that truly is given to the one that we love even though they'd be sinning For love is a net to cushion my fall It's forgiveness that covers all my errors and faults So give me forgiveness in all that I do it's the mark of devotion a love that is true....... ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ |
