What I Never Told You

I told you of the dreams I had,
things I wanted to do
places I wanted to see.

I told you of the daydream visions I had,
having a loving husband, a sturdy home
and at least two kids.

I told you of my secrets
my fears
and my regrets

But what I should have been telling you
were the things I never said,
What I never told you was that I loved you.
