so i've been around sorry, but i cant help being young and in college beer, independance, and women never mixed well with boys i havent changed college isnt to blame boys will boys i've been living for so long finally i feel alive so let me be im still the same old spoiled rich kid you knew in high school im still that kid that always had a date to the dance and im still that kid that would sit quietly after school under a tree reading a book work at the homeless shelter in the afternoon and party at night and still managed to stay in the Honors Society and the outcome of a sporting event still doesnt effect my attitude i still write just to write not to impress women i still work just to work so people can't call me lazy and i still remember our time together i've been in college, not prison i still know what love is and i know that i still love you my hands have gotton dirty over the years and i may stink but i still know what a rose smells like |
