Just For Now


So you've always had my heart
And your name will always be on it.
And I'm willing to bet someday I'll love you again.
And maybe I'll even work up the courage to tell you, but I think you already know.
And to be honest, today my heart got sick and tired of waiting around for you.
So for now,
I'll take my heart back,
And keep it for myself
B/c myself is a person I haven't loved in a long time.
