yes i am capable of writing love poetry not all of my poems have to end in sorrow that's just the way my relationships happen to end it's not like i wanted to end up so bitter and so afraid of falling for the last time it's not you you should have entered my life a few years ago when love was still all brand new and my pen was still full of ink and i still had thousands of pieces of paper for korny love poems i would have loved you then i would have fallen head'ova'heals in love with you and every poem that i would have writtten from that point on and to this point would have been based on you and maybe your smile im just asking that you wait for me i know that they should have nothing to do with you that was them this is you but in a way they have everything to do with you so please just give me the time i need to gather enough courage for another fall and im not a complete cynic yet, i still wake up every morning hoping to find an honest girl like you |
