today to keep myself sane at work
im going to take advice i read
on some website
im going to page myself over the intercom
without disguising my voice
and if that fails
and im still unhappy
im going to call you
and for those five minutes or less
of pure bliss
i'll remember
what i felt like
on my first day of work
when everything was brand new
and i'll remember why i got this job
in the first place
