They say one single moment can change your life forever But I never believed it That is until the moment I saw your face I can't explain it, but I knew I would never be the same I'm positive what I feel isn't love but whatever it is, I don't want it to go away It's a very content emotion Knowing we won't end up together and being alright with it Like being certain it wasn't meant to be without any actual proof So even if I were to confess my feelings to you and you shot me down, it wouldn't matter because I wouldn't be losing anything You may think I'm crazy for saying these things but I don't care To sound even more crazy, I want to thank you for making me forget my heart was shattered into pieces See, I've been in love before and it didn't turn out well So I'm relieved not to have strong feelings for you. I just looked into your gorgeous eyes and saw your sweet smile and my whole world faded away and it was just you. I never thought I'd be able to feel this way without falling But that's what great about life You never know what, or who is coming your way next. So I guess THEY are pretty smart people cause they also say you can't lose what you never had. And you know what they're right. |
