I have chased 'it'
for so long
I have been lost somewhere
between reality and insanity

at times 'it' has been
within arms reach
once I even touched 'it'

I could always see 'it'
and followed 'it'
knowing 'it' would happen one day
the real 'it'

now I know what 'it' is
I have not only touched 'it'
but I have embraced 'it'
to the point that 'it'
is a part of me
