You'll get yours What goes around - comes around One's just desserts A punishment or retribution that one deserves. Wages for sins of the past. They say that what goes around comes around - What you reap is what you sow... But I often wonder the truthfulness of those sayings. How many people have played with others hearts and feelings and often cruelly hurt others in romance, love and relationships. They come away unscathed smelling fresh as a rose happy as a lark I'd like to know where they get their seeds. They sow onion seeds and reap roses - everyone else is left weeping and tearful while they walk away with a rose in their teeth. |
