Caught in the Act

All those items
whisper to me
often

I have bagged them up
a million times
and tossed them out

but when I do
they cry
please don't
I'll die in here

with tears in my eyes
I always run quickly
to breathe life back into them

I am afraid
that some day I will be caught
in the act
