So much that it hurts

through all the craziness
of this past month
the changes taking place
that have affected my life
ultimately affecting our life together
i have reflected on the past
wondering where i may have gone wrong
what i did right
what i should have done different
all the roads i've covered
the curves and detours i've made
i have come to the conclusion
that i would not change a thing
because
i have been molded
by my past
which has brought me to you
and
you have brought me
the greatest happiness
i could ever dream of
