Christmas... Oh no!!! I'm not ready for Christmas... presents to buy (with what money!?!) presents to wrap (wrap, does it have to wrapped neatly? can't I just put it in a brown paper bag?) cards to address (now, where did I put that address book anyways?) cards to write out (write them out? now I have to come up with totally original sayings for each relative...who's idea were these montrosities anyways?) cards to send (did I buy stamps the last time I went to the post office?) Where do I find the time? There's not enough... but, somewhere in all of this madness and inferno I sometimes just have to stop and think....to make myself remember why we celebrate this holiday anyways. Christmas is the time of our Saviors birth, yet so many times in our lives we get caught up in all of the things we have to do before the season is over. |
