the cucumber man i am what i am an that's the cucumber man as i farm my fields i also develop my tan spend all the spring sowing them rows with special selected seeds for what summer's heat grows its at the state fair and in this i take great pride that my cucumber always takes first prize for size, firmness colour and taste warmed by the sun not an inch of waste all the ladies say i'm the one to beat if you find yourself hungry and would like a mighty fine treat so if ever you find yourself near my farm stop on by and chat a spell maybe i'll even show you where my halo fell |
