Whirling Currents Your love for me is like an open sea, As your spray send shivers Up and down my spine, Your breath is like a warm breeze Reaching beneath my sheets, Wetness envelopes my being, As I watch you sleeping In a blissful sleep, And imagine you devouring me. Darling, when will you return the All encompassing love I share for you? My leaves are whilting from dry air, Should I seek a different gardener To water my roots? Can I allow my passion for you To become an obsessive force Ruling over my thought's of independence? Should I let go of you my darling, Or should I wait for you to come to me? Only God will show me, in time, As his love for me shines on And reveals the true nature Of your beast, Love's faces has many sides, Lest we not forget, For we shall sink into the Whirling currents of despair..
