When you think you can go no further remember, there is love. When you think the world is too tragic, remember, there is love. We as a breed are phoenix-like with the ability and determination to build again. No amount of karma or retaliation can keep us all down. We see, we hear, we mourn, we weep, we pick ourselves up and help in whatever way we can because we are bound by the ties of love. These days are gray and dark but we can bear them because we know they will pass. In a year, two years, five, we'll see evidence again that humankind has bounced back, cleared out the debris, rebuilt out anthills, and the underlying theme of all these stories of loss and survival and remembrance is love. |
