Ive now walked 1/12 of the distance walked with you, only now its on my own now and in a very different direction. Even when it not may seem all that much, even from where I stand, as I survey the damage, its not as bad as I thought it would be, the cuts are not so deep, and yes, memories still cut somewhat but I dont fall undone at thoughts of you as I used to. In the end I think youll be one of those relationships you barely even remember. At least you made it all that easy by being yourself. |
