Artists

Tonight was a night
Full of Jack and Coke
And love stories
Lost and gained
All around the table
As we pittied ourselves
The artists
Hopelessly misundestood
Trying to find solace
In the eyes of our peers
But instead we find dread
A sense of panic
With every horror story told
And I look into the eyes
Of the woman across the table
And I pray to God I won't be her
In 15 years
