How can you just turn away? Close your eyes to all I say? You don't care, you never will. I've learned the truth; love can kill. The pain breaks as soon as I heal. When my heart is mended I begin to feel. Why I even try, I'll never know. It hurts so bad, I miss you, though. Your games no longer amuse me. I cry so hard I can barely see. How can you pretend I'm not here? Again I played to fool...I fear? Once more I'm torn apart. Left to rebuild and find a new start. |
