Nostalgia fills my heart and leaves a tingle whenever i go back going back, i was so naive so superficial the people who i thought would never be my friends were the cornerstones in my college life they held me, laughed with me, and loved me most of all for being myself believing in me despite all my mistakes never asking more than i could offer nostalgia reminds me that i have wonderful friends friends who are around when the chips are down friends who will be there forever nostalgia reminds me of how much i've grown and how much i would have stood to lose without them although, times are getting shorter life is getting more bustled and friends are moving away or getting on with their lives nostalgia reminds me that if we never see each other again our life was changed in that brief moment in time, when we believed in each other and the sacred bond of friendship and sisterhood |
